Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase
*We accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund or exchange. Please let us know within 7 days after receiving the item.
*You must ship the item back within 14 days of delivery. We have the right to deny a return if the jewelry returned does not meet our return policy requirements. You are responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged.
*A re-stocking fee of 20% will be applied to all jewelry returns.
- * Cancellation: You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase
- * Exchanges: You will be responsible for paying the difference and shipping cost.
- * Refunds: Shipping and handling fee on all returned items are non-refundable.
- * Exchanges & Refunds: All merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition." Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweler other than MiShelli Jewelry will not be accepted."
- * Custom or personalized orders are final and not returnable unless there has been some error on my part or the piece is faulty.
