Shipping policy

 

• In-Stock items ship within 2-5 days.
• Made to Order or Customized ~  items will ship within 2-4  weeks, approximately in the order they are received.
  

♥ Once an order is submitted, the processing begins as quickly as possible. Ethically sourced, hand-selected stones are sought, as the piece is cast in the material selected. Order processing time can range from 2 - 4 weeks due to the handmade nature of the product. Custom orders may take longer during busier seasons.

***NOTE to INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the customer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs are prior to purchasing. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight or shipping company. Please do not confuse this for additional shipping charges. Please include your phone number during checkout in case Customs needs to contact you.

*Currently we are utilizing USPS for shipping with tracking. High-dollar amount purchases will be insured for the dollar value and may require signature upon receipt.
